Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a confidential process between you and your therapist. Together, we explore the issues and well-being. The goal is to increase your awareness of the underlying causes of your concerns, helping you to make healthy changes in the thoughts and behaviours contributing to your challenges and symptoms.

I am trained and certified in a variety of therapeutic approaches to support treatment of anxiety, depression, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), grief and loss, relationship conflict, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and attachment-related concerns.

My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Focused Therapy, Talk Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Trauma Therapy and Grief and Bereavement Support.

Couples Therapy

During couples therapy, we work together to identify areas where you’d like to create positive change in your relationship. This often involves improving communication, developing effective conflict resolution skills, and exploring how your unique family backgrounds and life experiences influence your interactions as a couple.

My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental, providing a safe space for you and your partner to explore patterns and triggers that may be affecting your connections. I also offer an assessment of each partner’s attachment style to help you better understand how these patterns can shape communication, emotional responses, and intimacy.

Adult Attachment Therapy

Many of us carry patterns from early relationships with our childhood caregivers into adulthood. These patterns influence how we connect, trust, and respond when we feel hurt or alone. As an adult attachment therapist, I help clients understand these patterns and recognize how they impact their relationships today.

Together, we explore your experiences in a safe, supportive space, helping you make sense of feelings and reactions that can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming. Through this work, you can build a stronger sense of security, develop more fulfilling connections, and feel more confident being your authentic self, both with others and yourself.
